PHOTOSHOOT POLICIES

DEPOSIT
- Completion of the booking form below is required.
-The client is required to pay a non refundable deposit of 30% of their total. An invoice will be sent to the client where they can pay via card, Apple Pay, or Zelle
RESCHEDULE/
CANCELLATIONS
-Reschedules are to be communicated at least 12 hours before your booking time.
- The client is allowed one free reschedule per booking before another deposit is required.
- If cancelled, studio fees and deposit will not be refunded.
-If for any reason the photographer cancels, the customer will receive a full refund.
LATE FEES
-All customers are allotted a 15 minute grace period. A $25 late fee will be added to the total for any arrival after the 15 minute grace period.
TURNAROUND
TIME
- Turnaround times are dependent upon the selected package. Business days do NOT include weekends or holidays.
- Express turnaround times are available for an additional fee
STUDIO
REQUEST
- All sessions requesting a studio through QShotYa will be $75 per hour additional to the total.
-Clients are encouraged to book a studio of their liking
TRAVEL
FEES
- Any projects that are outside of the Atlanta Metro Area will be subject to a travel fee. Travel fees are dependent on the distance that needs to be traveled.
