Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date and time. Deposits are determined by the selected package.

Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

The remaining balance is due once the session is complete.

Payments can be made via credit/debit card or invoice.

Late Fees
-
Sessions start at the scheduled time. Clients are allotted a 15 minute grace period. After the grace period, a late fee of $25 per 30 minutes.

Galleries will not be delivered until the balance is paid in full.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Clients may reschedule once with at least 24 hour notice.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

In the rare event that the photographer must reschedule due to illness, emergency, or weather, you will be offered a new date or a full refund of all payments made.

Turnaround Time

Proof galleries will be delivered within 24-48 hours of your session date.

Final edited images will be delivered within 72 hours after selections.

Turnaround times may be extended during peak seasons or holidays—clients will be notified in advance.

Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.
